Hello all!

Hopefully soon my website will be easier to maintain and more stuff
will be up faster, like:

- radio shows http://archive. kpft. org/pls. php?mp3fil=8350790

- video clips (one coming up on wgbh. org to vote for - here’s the
preview http://www. youtube. com/watch?v=LQE9JYllvlw),

- polls to vote at http://sodahead. com/question/80661, etc.

Also, if you’ve donated money and not received a thank you - please
accept this as a preliminary thank you and apology for taking so long.

I’ll be saving money by not snail mailing thank you notes to everyone
and instead use those funds to help with ballot access and getting
delegates to the national convention.

and if you haven‘t already, now’s the time to donate for the final stretch of party building mania -  http://voteswift. org/donate. php

the rest of this update is broken into sections - search for this
----—’ to reach next section:

1. PA still voting - list of caucuses and dates/locations
2. Upcoming conventions - WA/MO/MS/ME/FL/NYC/
3. Mail ballots - FL/AZ/NY
4. Ballot Access Drives - GA/PA/VA and more
5. kat delegates to national convention - are you one? got questions!
6. Fundraising request

Call Senators - stop media tycoons from setting the news agenda

Senate to vote on whether to reject an FCC decision that would let tycoons like Rupert Murdoch set the news agenda.

Over the past six months, more than 250,000 people have urged Congress to stop the FCC from scrapping media ownership limits. Last week, the Senate Commerce Committee took the first step, unanimously approving a “resolution of disapproval” that would reject the FCC’s move.

Now the resolution is going to be voted on by the full Senate, your senators could make the difference!

I just called my senator - kay bailey hutchinson - who rarely does anything i want, but i did it anyway.

here’s a link to get your senator’s information and talking points:  https://secure.freepress.net/site/Advocacy?alertId=127&pg=makeACall&JServSessionIdr007=db5xapipq2.app45b
